Tips

Decode values shows percent-encoded values as readable text; the output is always re-encoded correctly, so the link stays valid either way.
Query only outputs just the a=1&b=2 part, with no scheme, host or path.
Field matching is by exact parameter name — comma or space separated, and repeated parameters are handled one by one.
