FA Dev Tools

Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data cityuderek.com collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific to this site.

1. Who we are

cityuderek.com ("FA Dev Tools", "we", "us") is run by FishApple, based in Hong Kong. We decide how the personal data described here is used, and we are the data controller for it. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect as little as we can. Depending on how you use the site, this can be:

  • Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password. We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
  • Content you save. Settings, documents and other items you choose to save while signed in are stored with your account.
  • Text you send to AI features. When you use an AI feature, the text you enter is sent to an AI provider to produce the answer. Don't enter personal or confidential information in these features.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and your message so we can reply.
  • Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. We use this only to run and secure the site.
  • Error and performance monitoring. We use Sentry to find and fix bugs. It receives technical details (browser, page, timings and the error) when something breaks, and for a sample of page loads. For visits with an error, and for a small sample of other visits, it also records how the page changed, with all text and images masked, so it does not capture what you type or read.
  • Data in your browser. Many tools keep your input and settings in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device. We do not receive it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive data, such as health, religion or ethnic origin.

3. How we use it, and our legal bases

  • To provide the site and features you ask for, including signing you in. Legal basis: performing our agreement with you, the Terms of Service.
  • To keep the site secure and working: preventing abuse and fixing errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To reply when you contact us. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • to show ads. Legal basis: your consent, which you give and can withdraw under .
  • To comply with the law when we must.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and local storage are small files and entries your browser keeps for a site. We group them into four categories. Only Necessary is on before you choose. The other three stay off until you allow them.

CategoryWhat it is for
NecessarySign-in, security, your cookie choice and basic layout state, such as whether the sidebar is open. Always on.
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics, so we can see which pages people use.
MarketingGoogle AdSense, which shows ads and measures them.
PreferencesOptional personalisation beyond what the site needs. Not used yet.

Error monitoring keeps a random session id in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. We treat it as necessary to keep the site working. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under cookie-consent. You can change it at any time under , which is also linked at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without Necessary cookies.

We use Google Consent Mode. Until you allow a category, Google's tags are told not to store anything on your device for it.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

If you allow Marketing cookies, we show ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies let Google and its partners serve ads to you based on those visits.

AdSense is not loaded until you allow Marketing cookies. If you turn them off later, we delete AdSense's cookies and tell Google to stop using storage straight away. AdSense is fully gone from the next page you open.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site. They may use it only for that:

  • Hosting, storage and email providers (such as Vercel and Amazon Web Services).
  • Sentry, for error and performance monitoring.
  • Google, for sign-in.
  • AI providers, which receive the text you send to AI features.
  • Google AdSense and its ad partners, if you allow Marketing cookies.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep it

  • Sign-in session: until you sign out or the session expires.
  • Content you save: until you delete it or ask us to delete your account.
  • Emails: as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up.
  • Server logs and error reports: kept by our providers for a limited period under their own retention rules.
  • Your cookie choice: until you change it or clear your browser data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to or restrict how we use it;
  • withdraw consent at any time under . This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

United States residents can ask to know, correct or delete their data. You can opt out of targeted advertising by turning off Marketing cookies. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month, and we may need to check that the request comes from you.

10. Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA and UK, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, limit who can reach stored data, and rely on providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on the site.

13. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: [email protected], or see Contact Us.
