English AI

Type a word, phrase or sentence, then pick what you want done with it.

Nothing asked yet. Type below and choose an action.

Powered by DeepSeek (deepseek-v4-flash). A turn that never answers is usually a usage limit on the key.

Settings

Drives the Translate to Traditional Chinese button and the translation line of an Explanation.

On by default. Untick it and the transcript shows only the latest question and answer — earlier turns are dropped, including the ones already on screen.

Action buttons
  • Explanation
  • Fix
  • Check Grammar
  • Make some sentences
  • English Question
  • Translate to Traditional Chinese
  • Translate to English

Drag a row to change the order the buttons appear in, or focus one and use the up/down arrow keys. Untick a button to hide it — at least one stays on.

What Fix does

Both ticked by default. Untick everything and Fix falls back to the grammar alone.

Include in Explanation

All ticked by default. Untick everything and Explanation falls back to the meaning alone.

Instructions

An English tutor: explain a word, fix grammar, build example sentences, or translate between English and your primary language.

  1. Type a word, a phrase or a whole sentence in the box.
  2. Pick the action you want — Explanation, Check Grammar, Make some sentences, Fix, English Question or one of the two Translate buttons.
  3. The question and the reply are appended to the transcript above, so you can compare several asks side by side — untick Keep history in Settings to see only the latest exchange instead.
  4. While a reply is on its way, Stop cancels it — once beside Thinking… and once where Clearnormally sits. The turn lands as “Stopped.” and your text goes back in the box.
  5. Clear empties the transcript and the box. Auto clear (ticked by default) empties just the input box after each ask — untick it to keep your text in place and run a second action on the same input.

Tips

  • Settings sets your primary language (Traditional Chinese by default) — the Translate to … button and the translation inside an Explanation both follow it.
  • Fix rewrites your text and lists what it changed. What Fix does in Settings picks whether that means fix grammar, rephrase, or both (the default).
  • Action buttons in Settings hides the buttons you do not use, and drag a row there to reorder the rest (arrow keys work too).
  • Include in Explanation picks what an Explanation covers: meaning, translation, part of speech, synonym, antonym, examples and similar-sounding words. All ticked by default; untick the parts you do not want. Similar-sounding words are only asked for when the input is a single word.
  • Input is capped at 2000 characters. The browser sends only the action name, your text and the two settings — the prompts live on the server, so this page is not an open AI proxy.
  • The transcript, the box and the settings are kept in this browser's local storage and come back on reload; nothing is stored on the server.
  • Replies come from DeepSeek and spend real credits, so treat them as a study aid rather than the final word.
  • Hit Example, then click any highlighted action button — it loads a sample for that action and runs it. Translate to English loads its sample in your primary language.
