Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and FishApple, which runs cityuderek.com ("FA Dev Tools", the "site", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the site.

The site is free. We may add, change, limit or remove any feature at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We do not have to keep any feature or any content available.

Some features need you to sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens while you are signed in. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

You agree not to:

• break the law or anyone else's rights while using the site;
• try to get into accounts, systems or data you are not allowed to access;
• overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or its security;
• upload malware or anything harmful;
• use AI features to make unlawful, harmful or misleading content;
• resell or pass off the site as your own.

You keep ownership of what you save on the site. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for it, and for having the right to use it. Keep your own copy of anything important.

AI features can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check their output before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety matters. You are responsible for how you use it.

The site's design, code, text and graphics belong to FishApple or its licensors. You may use the site and what the tools produce for your own personal or work purposes. You may not copy or republish the site itself.

The site links to other websites and, if you allow Marketing cookies, shows ads from Google AdSense. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied. That includes warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Check results before you rely on them.

To the extent the law allows, FishApple is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. That includes lost data, profit or business arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections on intellectual property, the disclaimer, liability and governing law still apply after that.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you use the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong decide any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections that the law of your home country gives you.
